摘　　要：结合徐州师范大学机电工程学院机械基础实验中心"省级实验教学示范中心"的实践,阐述了硬软环境以及实验队伍、教学改革、管理创新等各方面建设的有益经验和成效,为深化教学改革和提高实验教学质量发挥重要作用。Combining the practice of laboratory construction of the experimental teaching demonstration center this article introduced the beneficial experience and effect on construction of hard and soft circumstance as well as experimental team,teaching reform,management creation in detail.It is important to deepen the teaching reform and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
