构建以就业为导向的教育技术学专业多元实习新模式

摘　　要：总结了目前教育技术学专业实习中存在的诸多问题,构建了以就业为导向的教育技术学专业多元实习新模式。详述了多元实习的类型、目标及要求、具体实施步骤、实习准备、学生管理、实习质量要求、时间安排及实习建议等。期望能为提高本专业实习质量、提高毕业生就业率探索出一条新途径。The employment problem is the current state, society, university and college students hot issues of great concern. Professional training as a professional guarantee of the quality of teaching for the college students play a key role in the successful employment. Article based educational technology, summed up the current practice of the professional problems, to build a job - oriented educational technology training new model of multi - professional. Detailing the type of multi - practice, the main training unit training objectives and requirements, specific imple- mentation steps, internships to prepare students in management, training quality requirements, the timing of recom- mendations and practical arrangements. Look forward to professional training to enhance the quality, improve the employment rate of graduates to explore a new way.
