摘 要:目的研究不同剂量白酒、红葡萄酒、白酒加活血中药灌胃对角叉菜胶所致小鼠血栓形成的影响。方法将KM小鼠随机分为模型对照组、低量白酒组、高量白酒组、白酒高量加银杏叶组、白酒高量加葛根素组、红葡萄酒组。灌胃4周后,用角叉菜胶造成小鼠血栓模型,测量黒尾长度。结果高剂量白酒组小鼠较模型对照组、红葡萄酒组、低量白酒组体重降低,死亡增加,黑尾明显增长。结论高剂量饮酒增强角叉菜胶对小鼠的致血栓作用,加入银杏叶或葛根素未出现治疗效应。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses distilled spirit,red wine,distilled spirits added promoting blood circulation drugs on tail thrombosis induced by carrageenan in mice. Methods The KM mice were randomly allocated into six groups: The model cot trol group, low dose distilled spirits group, high dose distilled spirits group, high dose distilled spirits added leaf of Ghnkgo biloba leaves group,high dose distilled spirits added puerarin group and red wine group. After 4 weeks by garage,tail throm bosis models were established by carrageenan. The length of black tails were measured. Results The body weight of mice were decreased and the length of black tails were lengthen obviously. Conclusion High dose distilled spirits could enhance the formation of tail thrombosi: induced by carrageenan in mice. There was not therapeutic effect when added Ginkgo biloba leaves or puerarin.
