摘　　要：在对我国中外合作办学深入研究的基础上,结合国外跨境教育质量评价的相关理论,构建了我国高校中外合作办学项目质量评价指标体系.通过建立评价指标体系的层次结构模型,应用层次分析(AHP)法来分析和量化质量评价指标.基于MATLAB对AHP算法的系统解决方案,使AHP运算过程简单准确,从而获得评价指标体系的权重.并根据AHP算法结果,修正了评价指标体系,使之更加合理和完善.最后应用评价指标体系,对3所有代表性的陕西省高校中外合作办学项目进行了试评价和实证研究,进一步验证了评价指标体系.Based on the research in transnational education in our country and the related theories of international educational quality assessment given by west scholars,a quality assessment system of transnational education program is established.Through establishing the hierarchical-structure pattern of assessment index,the assessment index system is analyzed and quantified with the help of AHP.The easy and precise calculation based on the AHP and MATLAB helps to get a complete assessment index system weight,which is further amended and perfected according to the calculating result of AHP. The assessment indexes system is tried out to assess the transnational education programs in three representative universities in Shaanxi province. It works well and proves the feasibility value of the assessment indexes system.
