摘 要:目的探讨"标准化病人"在高职护理健康评估教学中的应用效果。方法选择广西卫生管理干部学院2006级护理专业学生2个班122人及2007级护理专业9个班483人作为研究对象进行"标准化病人"健康评估教学应用,并于课程结束之后进行成绩统计、比较、分析及问卷调查。结果2006级学生实验组与对照组比较,健康评估考试成绩两组平均分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而使用了SP病人的实验组与对照组比较,病历书写成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2007级护理专业学生绝大多数对于SP应用于教学持肯定态度。结论SP应用于教学能明显提高学生健康史采集及护理病历书写的能力及成绩,大面积使用SP和将SP的推广应用于健康评估教学中对教学有促进作用,可以提高健康评估的教学质量。Objective To study the application of the standardized patient in health evaluation teaching of higher nursing professional education. Methods One hundred and twenty-two students in 2 classes of 2006-grade of nurising profession and Four hundred and eighty-three students in 9 classes of 2007-grade of nurising profession in the Guangxi Medical Managment College were chosen as the objects of study, and after end of course the statistic comparative analysis of the results and the questionnaire survey were separately performed. Results In comparison of the experimental group and the control group, There was no significant correlation between the two groups's score on health evaluation test ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ,but there was significant correlation between two groups's score on writing of holistic nursing casehistory test (P 〈 0. 05). The most of students obtained the positive attitude to the effects of standardized patient in health evaluation teaching. Conclusion Application of the standardized patient in the teaching can obviously enhance the students' ability to interrogate the healthy history. This practice will not only push forward quality-oriented education, but also upgrade health evaluation teaching and learning in China.
