摘　　要："导学群"模式是山西电大总结出的一个宏观教学模式。公路电大在落实"导学群"模式的过程中,结合公路系统学员学习的特殊环境和特点,形成了以远程送教为主要方式的"流动导学群"模式及运行机制。Mode of Learners＇ Guidance Group is a macro teaching mode summarized by Shanxi TVU. In the process of implementing mode of Learners＇Guidance Group, according to special learning atmosphere and characteristics of the highway system learners, the Highway TVU forms mode of Mobile Learners＇Guidance Group and its operational mechanism, with delivery of education through distance as the main means.
