摘  要:动漫产业的迅速发展及其对人才的刚性需求,催生了一大批高校动画专业,但师资队伍建设严重滞后已成为当前动画专业教育发展的瓶颈,主要表现在专业教师奇缺、教师队伍结构失衡和师资培养机制不完善等方面。建议加大人才引进力度,优化师资队伍结构,提高教学科研水平,强化教师综合素质,完善队伍建设机制,促使高校动画专业走上健康发展的道路,以培养出适应国际市场竞争的动漫人才。The rapid development of animation industry, along with the strict requirement for animation talents, has already promoted a range of university animation majors. However, problems concerning teacher development of animation become the barrier hindering animation major from further development. What should be tackled includes a shortage of teachers of animation, unbalance of teacher structure and incomplete aspects of teacher training system. Based on the issues, the paper states that talents in animation can be introduced into universities, structure of animation teachers needs to be improved, teaching and research skills should be raised, that teacher's comprehensive abilities are to be reinforced, and teacher development system is to be consummated. University animation major should be on the healthy and sustainable track of development, cultivating qualified animation talents who are adapting to international competition.
