摘　　要：本文综述了茶氨酸的特性、生物合成和化学合成途径、茶氨酸的分离制备以及检测方法,为茶氨酸的进一步开发利用研究提供相关信息。The present paper reviewed the characteristics of theanine, the biosynthesis and chemical synthesis of theanine and the methods for preparation and detection of theanine, which will provide useful information for further HAhhhhstudy of functional component theanine in tea.
