摘  要:目的通过借鉴并校正国外比较成熟的FHM医患沟通指标体系,并应用于眼科住院医生的医患沟通培训,评价该指标体系的培训效果。方法通过专家咨询进行校正指标,形成比较成熟的符合国内医生习惯的指标体系,应用该体系进行住院医生的实践研究验证比较,并进行沟通对象的满意度调查。结果38名住院医生的培训前和培训后的沟通实践评分,经过前后配对样本的符号秩检验,T=741,T〉0.01,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义,以及沟通对象的满意度调查满意度达100%。结论校正后的指标体系既是医患沟通培养的评价体系,也是培训医生的医患沟通能力的标准,能够有针对性地提高医生的医患沟通能力。Objective A new physician-patient communication system derived from FHM system was introduced in the training of ophthalmic residents. This purpose of study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the modified communication system. Methods The original FHM system was modified by experts according to the custom and cultivation of Chinese doctors. 38 residents involved in the training for improving communication with the CFHM program. Communication practice score of each resident was recorded before and after the training. Wilcoxon paired test was used to analyze the scores. Satisfaction ratio of patients was investigated after the training. Results Data analysis showed T=741, T〉T0.01, and the difference was significant (p〈0.01). Satisfaction ratio of patients reached 100% after the improved communication training. Conclusions The modified CFHM could be used as both a comment system for doctor-patient communication and a standard for ophthabnic resident's communication abilities. Our study shows significant benefits when the informafion gap between doctor and patient is bridged in the right way.
