教育公益性概念的争议与统一

摘　　要：依循不同的逻辑,人们对教育公益性概念理解的角度并不相同:一种是从教育提供去理解,关注的是公共产品的特点;另一种是从教育外部性去理解,关注的是教育结果。两种不同的理解角度引起了人们的争议。本文提出,对教育公益性概念,可以从教育提供与教育结果相关的公益性问题去讨论。According to different logic, people＇s perspectives to understand the concept of ＂public interests in education＂ are different： one is from the delivery of education, emphasizing the characteristics of public goods; the other is from the externality of education, paying attention to the result of education. The two different ways of understanding cause dispute among people. The paper points out that we can understand the concept of ＂public interests in education＂ from aspects of the delivery of education and the result of education.
