摘　　要：公共教育资源配置中有违教育公平原则的行为必须消除,但这要结合教育发展趋势,从理念重塑、结构再造、人力资源、生源与财政资源的配置入手,形成公共教育资源配置的路径。这条路径对于保障广大弱势群体的教育权利。There are some behaviors that violate the principle of educational equity in public educational resource allocation. To eliminate these behaviors, we should base on educational development trend to form route of public educational resource reorganization and regeneration, starting with rebuilding ideas, reconstruction of structure, human resources, source of students and financial resource allocation. It is of great significance to guarantee vulnerable groups＇ educational right and realize educational equity.
