耐高温高产酒精酵母的筛选及生理特性的初步研究

摘　　要：从自然界不同来源的基质样品中,经富集、选择性培养和四级筛选,最终获得了一株耐高温高产酒精酵母,记为A27,可满足在高温条件下进行浓醪酒精发酵。A27菌株的生理特性:适宜生长温度36℃,适宜生长pH值4.5,最适接种量2×107个/mL。Yeasts are isolated out successfully from different environments for producing fuel alcohol.After selective culture and four-grade selection,one yeast named A27 is obtained which can use maize as fermentation substance to produce maximally ethanol in the high temperature.The physiological characteristics of the strain A27 is suitable for the growth at 36℃,pH of 4.5,and the optimal inoculum is 2×10 7months/mL.
