摘　　要：本文针对高职院校财务管理中存在的一些与学校发展不相适应的问题,从资本运营、成本核算、预算管理和财务分析等四个方面提出了进一步改进的意见和建议,对提高学校资源的利用率和发挥资金使用效益提出了解决办法。Some financial management problems may exist in higher vocational colleges, which are incompatible with colleges development. This paper discusses the capital operation, costing,budget management and financial analysis, and puts forward some suggestions respectively, the solutions to improve college resources are also provided.
