摘　　要：少数民族地区双语教育教学改革深入发展的同时,有许多问题也亟待我们的反思。双语教育要遵循教育学、心理学及语言学习的规律;要解决统一性与多样性的矛盾;要遵循时间与效益、政治性和教育性的统一。As the teaching of bilingual education in minority areas gets more development, there are many problems we also need to reflect on. Bilingual education needs to be followed the rules of education of psychology and the law of language learning to resolve the contradiction between the unity and diversity; we must follow the unity of time and efficiency, political and educational.
