摘　　要：高职院校以职业为导向为社会培养应用型人才。加强学生职业品行培养是提高高职教育质量和高职院校可持续发展的重要举措。高职院校应充分认识高职学生职业品行培养的必要性,把面向职业需要培养学生的职业品行作为高职教育的重要内容,并将其渗透于学校管理、教学和学生生活的方方面面。The career-oriented applied talents are trained in higher vocational institutions for the social.Enhancing students professional-oriented conduct is an important measure of improving the quality of higher vocational education and sustainable development of higher vocational institutions.The necessity of professional-oriented conduct training should be fully recognized and penetrated in school management,teaching and all aspects of students life.
