摘  要:采用乙腈提取、分散SPE净化的前处理方法以及气相色谱电子捕获检测器,测定了苹果、柑橘和香蕉中腐霉利、抑霉唑、异菌脲和咪鲜胺4种防腐保鲜剂的残留量,利用基质匹配标准校正方法补偿基质效应。结果表明,腐霉利、抑霉唑和咪鲜胺在3个添加水平(0.02、0.05和0.10mg/kg)下的回收率为85.1%~108.4%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~7.9%;异菌脲在3个添加水平(0.05、0.10和0.20mg/kg)下的回收率为82.9%~98.8%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~8.6%。方法的检出限(LOD)在0.001~0.008mg/kg之间,定量限(LOQ)在0.003~0.03mg/kg之间。The GC-ECD method of determination of procymidone,imazalil,iprodione and prochloraz in apple,citrus and banana by acetonitrile extracting,dispersed SPE cleanup and matrix-matched standards quantitation procedure was developed.At 3 fortified levels (0.02,0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg),the recoveries of procymidone,imazalil,and prochloraz were in the range of 85.1%~108.4% and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.5%~7.9%.The recoveries of iprodione at 3 fortified levels (0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mg/kg) were 82.9%~98.8% with relative standard deviations of 3.6%~8.6%.The limits of detection (LOD) were in the range of 0.001~0.008 mg/kg,and the limits of quantification(LOQ) in the range of 0.003~0.03 mg/kg.
