保健食品保护胃黏膜辅助作用检验方法的建立及应用

摘　　要：[目的]通过检测猴菇健胃胶囊对急性胃黏膜损伤的保护功能,了解该保健品有无保护胃黏膜的功效。[方法]50只SD大鼠随机分为阴性对照组、乙醇模型对照组和3个不同剂量猴菇健胃胶囊组(250、750、1 500 mg/kg.bw),试验d 30按照规范建立胃黏膜损伤模型,肉眼观察胃黏膜充血出血情况,测量充血或弥漫性出血带的面积。[结果]模型组胃黏膜损伤程度个体差异较大,模型仍然成功。与模型对照组相比,猴菇健胃胶囊各剂量组胃黏膜的损伤程度明显降低,各项指标如出血带数、出血带面积和出血发生率明显降低(P﹤0.01)。[结论]猴菇健胃胶囊对乙醇导致的急性胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用,该检测方法简单易行,但尚需进一步完善。[Objective] To establish animal experiment method for assessing the protection effect of health food on the gastric mucosa, and detect the protective effect of hedgehog hydnum stomachic capsule on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. [Methods] Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into one negative control group, one absolute ethanol model group with distilled, water, and three experimental groups respect/rely with 250. 750, 1 500 mg/kg.bw hedgehog hydnum stomachic capsule. On the 30th day, the rats were given ethanol lml to induce gastric damage. We observed with naked eyes and measured the area of the congestion and haemorrhage of the gastric mueosa. [Resuits] Individual differences of damage area among the absolute ethanol model group rats were obvious. Compared with the model group, eaeh dose of hedgehog hydnum stomachic capsule could prevent the gastric mueosal damages induced by ethanol （P 〈 0.01 ）. [Conclusion ] Hedgehog hydnum stomachic capsule has protective effect on ethanol-induced acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. This method is dependable, but has something to modify.
