摘 要:通过对超辐射发光二极管(SLD)光源进行分析,建立了二阶惯性环节加纯滞后的温度控制模型,提出了一种采用模糊自适应PID对光源进行温度控制的数字控制方法,并对所建立的模型进行了MATLAB仿真。结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制在调节时间、响应速度、调节精度和稳定性方面均优于常规的增量式PID控制,这对下一步光源的数字化实现具有重要指导意义。In order to overcome the unsatisfactory stability of analog control on the Super-luminescent diode, a digital control method was presented. Based on the analysis to the SLD, the temperature control model composed of the two- step inertia adding the pure lag was built. Further more, the fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm was used to control the temperature of light source and then the control model was simulated with MATLAB. The simulation result indicates that control time, response speed, control precision and stability of fuzzy self-adaptive PID control are superior to those of increment model PID control. It is important to the digitization realization in the future.
