摘 要:目的了解太原市社区居民的营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)水平及其影响因素,为开展社区居民营养教育提供依据。方法选择太行、新贤街、防辐院、太钢等社区,在开展社区居民营养知识讲座前,对参与听课的18岁以上的社区居民共405名进行集中填写调查问卷。结果被调查者的营养知识、态度及行为的及格率分别是82.1%,95.3%,37.6%,优秀率分别是39.0%,90.1%,14.9%。常识性营养问题知晓情况尚可,对营养专业性较强的知识及《中国居民膳食指南和平衡膳食宝塔》相关知识等缺乏了解。90%以上的居民对改善不合理的饮食结构态度积极,并表示非常愿意改变现有的不合理膳食行为。年龄、性别、学历和职业是营养知识、态度及行为的主要影响因素。营养知识、态度及行为三者间存在相关性。结论太原市社区居民的营养知识水平普遍较低,营养行为存在不合理现象,但改变不合理膳食结构的态度良好。应加强对社区居民的营养宣教,提高居民营养知识,改善其饮食行为。Objective To get the message about nutritional knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP) level of Taiyuan community residents and the influencing factors to them,and to provide a basis for nutritional education of community residents. Methods A total of 405 subjects aged above 18 years were elected by nonprobability sampling and investigated by a questionnaire before having a nutrition lecture. Results The passing rates of nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice were 82.1% ,95.3 % ,37.6% , respectively, and the excellent rates were 39.0% ,90.1%, 14.9%. The subjects knew some common nutrition knowledge,but lacked a better understanding about professional nutrition knowledge and the Dietary Guidelines and the Food Guide Pagoda for Chinese Residents. More than 90% of residents hold a positive manner for improving their illegitimate dietary pattern, and were willing to change unhealthy dietary practices. The dietary pattern did not match the recommended standard of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents. The factors affecting nutrition knowledge, attitude and practices were mainly age, gender, educational background and occupation. There was relativity among knowledge, at- titude and practice. Conclusion Taiyuan community residents lack nutritional knowledge, especially professional knowledge. Illegitimate dietary pattern exist generally. It is extremely necessary to improve the nutritional education for community residents.
