从超级巨型大学到一流开放大学——中国广播电视大学30年发展历程回顾与未来展望  

From Super Mega-University To First-class Open University:Review and Perspectives on the Development of CRTVUs in Past Thirty Years

摘　　要：今年是中国广播电视大学而立之年,它已经走过了30年辉煌而曲折的历程,由初创期的快速发展和繁荣,转而由开放趋于封闭而走入低谷,继而恢复改革开放而获得新的生机,近10年以开放教育试点项目参加高校现代远程教育工程试点而再造辉煌。本文在回顾中国电大30年发展历程的基础上展望未来,指出"从超级巨型大学到一流开放大学"的转型是中国电大在21世纪初叶的战略发展目标,是中国实现"由人口大国到人力资源强国"的国家发展战略的重要组成部分。2009 is the 30th anniversary since the foundation of Central Radio and TV University system （CRTVUs）in 1979. The CRTVU system has had a difficult but glories history. In the recent decade,the system has had new achievements as it plays a central role in the pilot project in Chinese higher and distance education. The paper gives perspectives to the development of CRTVUs in the future based on a review of its past experiences. It also points out that the strategic goal for CRTVUs development in early of 21st century is a transformation from a super mega - university to a first - class open university. This is part of the national strategy to transform China from a population -rich country to a human resource -rich country.
