摘　　要：第八届教育技术国际论坛于2009年8月18-19日在徐州师范大学举行。本届论坛的主题是"信息化时代教育技术应用与创新",国内外教育技术专家学者围绕主题进行了深入探讨和经验交流。本次论坛为教育技术学领域提供了一个传递最新信息、分享成功经验和与知名机构、专家交流探索的高端平台,本文对本届论坛的概况和论坛录用论文进行了介绍,对专家学者的主题报告进行了有针对性的解读,总结了教育技术学科发展的经验与启示、面临的机遇与挑战。The eighth Educational Technology International Forum was held in XuZhou Normal University August18, 2009. The theme of this forum is Educational Technology Application and Innovation in an Information age. Domestic and international educational technology experts and scholars had in -depth discussions and exchange of experiences related to this central theme. The forum offers a platform to share latest developments and success stories. This paper presents an overview of the forum proceedings from this forum, as well as an interpretation of some educational highlighted papers. The paper also provides a summary of the learning and lessons from the history of technology, as well as opportunities and threats that lie in the future.
