摘  要:用活性炭为脱色剂,以透光率、β-丙氨酸吸附率及综合指标为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究不同条件(料液初始pH值、活性炭质量浓度、温度及作用时间)下活性炭作用于β-丙氨酸转化液的脱色规律,为活性炭处理生物料液提供一定的科学依据.试验结果显示:pH3.0时,透光率达到56.66%,β-丙氨酸吸附率为13.56%.β-丙氨酸转化液最佳活性炭脱色工艺条件:温度为60℃,活性炭投入量为0.03g/mL,脱色时间60 min,在此条件下透光率达到60.20%;β-丙氨酸吸附率最小,为12.66%,综合指标比值为476%.Using scobiculate carbraffin as a decolorizer, decoloring process of β-Alanine tranformation was studied under different conditions (the used quantity of carbraffin, pH, temperature and time) by single factor experiments and orthogonal test in order to provide scientific basis for industial production. The orthogonal design L9 (33) was carried out for the optimal decoloring condition of β-Alanine transformation, the transmittaney of transformation broth, loss rate of β-Alanine and comprehensive target are the referent indexes. The results of single factor and orthogonal experiments indicated that the optimum decoloring conditions are as follows: the transmittance and loss ratio of β-Alanine were 56. 66% and 13. 56% at pH 3. 0, respectively, the quantity of carbraffin was 0.03 g/mL, temperature 60 ~C, time 60 min. The decoloring effect on β-Alanine transformation reached 60.20 % and the loss rate of β-Alanine and the comprehensive target were 12.66%, 476% in the optimized conditions, respectively.
