摘  要:科学有效的评估活动是提高教育干预成效、促进儿童发展的重要保障,评估信息收集和使用的科学性与有效性则有赖于运作良好的评估体系。文章试图对发达国家特殊儿童评估流程的系统化和规范化,评估过程中决策人员的专业化和多样化配置进行探讨和分析,并在此基础上对我国特殊教育评估体系的建设提出一些建议,以期能为相关机构和人员提供些许参考和借鉴。Scientific and valid assessment of children development is not only the starting point but also an indiscerptible part of special education and intervention. However, the collection and the usage of assessment information rely on a well-performed assessment system. In the article, some important aspects of standardization and specialization of assessment system for children with special needs in developed countries are briefly reviewed, and their implications for suggestions about how to construct a more scientific assessment system in China are also discussed.
