摘 要:研究了没食子酸的萃取工艺,考察了萃取剂、萃取相比、萃取温度、溶液pH值及萃取时间对萃取效果的影响,以及萃取工艺在没食子酸废母液处理中的应用。结果表明:没食子酸最佳萃取条件为:萃取剂为正丁醇,萃取相比为1:1,萃取温度为室温,萃取时间为5min,被萃取溶液为酸性。没食子酸废母液体积浓缩倍数为0.80左右时,废母液中98.1%的没食子酸晶体析出,在上述萃取条件下,混合晶体中没食子酸的萃取率为73.4%。该工艺为废母液中没食子酸和盐的回收利用开发了一条新的工艺路线。The extracting technology of Gallic acid was studied including the influence of extracting agent, phase ratio, temperature, pH of solution and time on extracting rate, and the application of extracting technology in gallic acid waste liquor. The optimum extracting condition is as follows: extracting agent is butanol, phase ratio is 1:1, extracting temperature is room temperature, extracting time is 5 minutes and the pH of extracted solution is below 7. When the concentration multiple of gallic acid waste liquor is about 0.80, 98.1% of the gallic acid crystal in waste liquor is precipitated, and under above extracting conditions the extracting rate of gallic acid in crystal compound is 73.4%. This extracting technology provides a new process for the reutilization of gallic acid and salt in waste liquor.
