论后工业化背景下的意识形态建设——兼评张康之教授的“合作意识形态”

摘　　要：后工业化是人类社会的一场深刻的历史转型,它同时也意味着工业社会意识形态以及在意识形态上的争论和冲突的终结。张康之教授在其新著《行政伦理的观念与视野》中根据后工业化的现实提出了一种意识形态的替代方案,那就是建构合作意识形态。张康之教授要求把合作作为意识形态的核心要素来认识,认为合作意识形态是合作型信任文化的组成部分。显然,这一建构合作意识形态的想法是一种理论创新。工业社会两种制度并存条件下的意识形态冲突持续了一个多世纪,"苏东事件"后,西方学者以为资产阶级意识形态将征服全球而大获全胜。张康之教授的意识形态理论实际上是在指出,后工业来临也是资产阶级意识形态的终结,也表明全新的合作意识形态的兴起。其实,合作意识形态是对马克思主义和中国传统文化的继承和发展,解决了全球化、后工业化背景下的意识形态重建问题。Post-Industrial Period is a profound historical transformation in the development of Human Society,and it also means the finality of the ideology of Industrial Society as well as the ideological disputes and conflicts.In accordance with the reality of Post-Industrial Period,Professor Zhang Kangzhi in his new book,Ideas and Visions of Administrative Ethics,mentioned the theory of the ideological construction of cooperation,which could be considered as the substitution of the traditional ideology.Professor Zhang Kangzhi required cooperation as a core element of the ideology to be understood.He also thought that the ideological construction of cooperation made up the cooperative Trust-Culture.Obviously,the idea of the ideological construction of cooperation is a kind of theoretical innovation.The ideological conflicts,under the co-exit condition of the two social systems in Industrial Society,lasted more than one century.After the Drastic Changes in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,some western scholars believed that the bourgeois ideology would conquer the world and won the victory.However,Professor Zhang's theory in fact pointed out that the emergence of Post Industrialization meant not only the end of bourgeois ideology but the beginning of the Ideology of Cooperation.In fact,the Ideology of Cooperation inherits and develops Marxism and the traditional Chinese culture,and solves problem of the ideological re-construction under the condition of Globalization and Post Industrial Period.
