摘 要:叶黄素是一种天然的食用色素。研究发现叶黄素具有护眼、护肤、防癌的功效,而且利用其着色性还可作为饲料及食品添加剂的成分,因此具有广阔的市场开发价值。本实验的主要目的是对叶黄素提纯过程中的皂化条件加以研究,考察加碱量、加碱浓度、皂化温度、皂化时间以及皂化试剂等几个因素对叶黄素含量的影响,最终确定出最佳的皂化条件并筛选出较好的淋洗条件和重结晶条件。Lutein is a sort of natural food coloring matter.Through the research, we found the lutein has the efficiency of eye health, skin care and anti-cancer.Furthermore it is the composition of feedstuff and food additives applied its stain ability, so lutein has broad market exploitability.The primary purpose of this experiment was study the conditions of saponification in the course of purification with Lutein.Self-made marigold extraction for raw material, View the effication of lutein content with saponification agent, quantity added to base, concentration added to base, temperature of saponification and time of saponification, finally defined the optimal conditions of saponification and screen out the better conditions of leaching and re-crystallization.
