摘　　要：介绍了电镦机的工作原理和气门毛坯镦粗过程中工艺参数的要求,设计了基于ARM微处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统的电镦机控制系统设计,并且使用μC/GUI图形用户界面模块实现了液晶屏显示和触摸屏输入的功能,给出了新型电镦机控制系统的硬件和软件的设计方案。该控制系统有运行稳定、抗干扰性强和使用方便等特点。The working principle of upsetting machine and requirements of technological parameters in the process of the valve rough upsetting are introduced in this paper.The control system of upsetting machine based on ARM microprocessor and μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system is designed.Using μC/GUI module to achieve the functions of LCD display and touch screen inputting.The hardware and software structure principle and design method are given in the paper.The control system is running stably,and strong anti-interference,easy to use.
