摘  要:目的了解柳州市食品中铅污染情况。方法2005、2006和2008年共监测12类204件食品,按照国家标准方法GB/T5009.12对样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅含量。结果12类204件食品中铅含量符合国家标准的有189件,合格率为92.6%。结论12类食品中铅均有检出,说明存在不同程度的污染,应引起重视。[ Objective ] To investigate the lead contamination in food in Liuzhou. [ Methods ] 204 food products of 12 kinds were monitored in 2005, 2006 and 2008. The samples were pre-treated according to the national standard method GB/T 5009, the graphite oven atomic absorption spectrometry method was used to detect the content of the lead. [ Results ] Totally 189 out of 204 food products were in accordance with national standards, qualified rate was 92.6%. [ Conclusion] Lead detection in all 12 kinds of foods indicates that lead contamination should be attached importance.
