摘  要:随着经济一体化的发展,培养国际化复合型人才成为高校的人才培养目标之一。开设公共选修课是多数高校加强大学生文化素质教育的重要途径。文章分析了弹性学分制产生的历史背景,就目前高校在公选课的课程设置、教学监管、教材、师资等方面存在的问题进行了概述,并在调查的基础上提出了对策建议。With the development of economic integration, it is one of the talent cultivation goals to cultivate internationalized and multifunctional talents in colleges and universities. Most of the selective courses are open as an important approach for students to enhance their cultural quality education in colleges and universities. The paper analyzes the historical background of the flexible credit system, and generalizes the existing problems in the current course setup, teaching and learning supervision, teaching materials, teaching staff in colleges and universities, suggestions and countermeasures are proposed based on investigation.
