摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作只有洞察时代的新变化和大学生的新特点,创新思想政治教育工作内容,形成"三育人"培养体系的质量化管理、校园文化项目化管理、思想政治教育工作者考评绩效化管理的新局面;为思想政治教育内容注入校本思想教育、民族精神教育、地域文化教育及与新政策新理念相结合的新思想教育,才能够适应新形势变化的需要。The work of ideological and political education in universities must perceive the new change of the era and the new characteristics of the university students, innovate the content of the education, and bring out the quality management of the ＂three - educating- person＂ culture system, the project manage- ment of the campus culture and the performance evaluating management to the working group of the ideological and political education. Only after the ideological and political education is infused with schooling ideological education, the education of nation＇s spirit, the education of regional culture, and the education of new thought combined with new policy and new notion, can it adapt to the changing requirement of the new situation.
