酸浆中多糖含量的分析

摘　　要：建立酸浆中多糖的含量测定方法.采用紫外分光光度法测定酸浆中多糖的含量.在最大吸收波长488 nm处测吸光度,线性范围(4.286～12.857)μg/mL.测得多糖的回收率为94.3%～103%,变异系数小于0.378 4%.We establish a method for determining polysaccharide in Physalis alkekengi L. var. francheti （ Mast. ） Makino. The content of polysaccharide in Physalis alkekengi. L. var. francheti （ Mast. ） Makin is determined by UV spectrophotography. The detection wave length is set at 488 run. The method is linear within range of 4. 286 μg/mL -12.857 μg/mL. The recovery of assay is 94.3% - 103% and the coefficient of variation is 0. 378 4 %.
