复方中药对多囊卵巢综合征模型大鼠INS,IGF-Ⅰ,Leptin影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)模型大鼠血清INS、IGF-Ⅰ及Leptin水平的变化,探讨复方中药对PCOS模型大鼠内分泌系统的影响。方法该实验采用Poresky法进行造模,并分别以中药、西药(罗格列酮)、中西药联合用药治疗,观察治疗后大鼠体重、血清INS、IGF-Ⅰ及Leptin水平的变化,并对Leptin水平与INS,IGF-Ⅰ,WEIGHT进行相关因素分析。结果复方中药能降低大鼠体重,降低血清INS、IGF-Ⅰ及Leptin水平。血清Leptin与IGF-Ⅰ、INS呈正相关,与体重无明显相关性。结论提示血清Leptin水平随IGF-Ⅰ、INS增加而增高。Objective To investigate the change of serum INS,IGF-Ⅰ and Leptin in pios moded rats,and to explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on endocrine system.Methods PCOS model was induced by Poresky law in rats.The change of the weight,serum INS、IGF-Ⅰ and Leptin in rats were observed after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine（Rosiglitazone）,union medication respectively,and the correlations between serum Leptin level and INS,IGF-Ⅰ,weight were analyzed.Results The traditional Chinese medicine group could decrease weight、 serum INS、IGF-Ⅰ and Leptin level.The relationship between the Leptin and INS,IGF-Ⅰ was positive.Conclusion Serum Leptin level can increase with the increase of INS,IGF-Ⅰ levels.
