摘 要:针对自行设计的交流电动轮驱动重型卡车电传动系统,建立基于矢量控制的传动系统仿真模型。针对这一交流非线性车辆电传动系统仿真模型,研究传统PID控制和模糊PID控制的控制性能。结果表明,当重载启动、转向和加入扰动时,模糊PID控制与传统PID控制相比,具有对参数变化不敏感以及超调和振荡小等特点,能显著地改善运行速度和稳定性。该控制方法被证明适用于重型平板车辆电传动系统。A simulation model base vector control was built for the electric-wheel of the self-developed electical drive truck. The electric-wheel consists of induction motor and gearings. The control performance of the electric-wheel was studied by using traditional PID and fuzzy PID based on the simulation model of the nonlinear truck AC drive system. Simulation analyses show that the fuzzy PID control system is less sensitive to the change of parameters than that in PID control system and the overshooting and oscillation are also weakened during the resuming period when the loads are suddenly increased or decreased. Fuzzy PID can significantly improve the stabilization and operating speed of the electric-wheel. This method is feasible for the electrical drive control system of elevating transporter.
