摘　　要：附属医院麻醉学系青年医生教学能力的培养与提高,对于促进医学院校麻醉学系本科教学整体的教学质量,加强师资队伍建设,以及促进医学院校的可持续发展都具有重要作用。基于培养具有高质量、高水平的师资队伍目标,从青年医生的角色转变、语言表达能力、教学与科研的关系等方面论述了麻醉学系青年医师提高教学能力的方法与体会。It is important to train and improve the teaching ability of young doctors from department of anesthesiology of medical college affiliated hospital,which can enhance the quality of undergraduate teaching and the personnel building of teacher staff and improve the continuous development of medical college. On account of the goal of training and building a high quality teacher staff, the author discusses the methods and personal comprehension on how to improve the teaching ability of young doctors from department of anesthesiology, of medical college affiliated hospital,from some aspects such as the role changing,expressing ability,the relationship between teaching and science research,etc.
