摘 要:在文献研究的基础上,通过访谈、开放式问卷等方法,初步确立了员工知识学习绩效的结构。根据该结构,结合访谈及开放式问卷所搜集的员工知识学习绩效测度条目,编制了员工知识学习绩效问卷。该问卷在5家企业中进行了初步调查。并在此基础上,修订问卷,重新选取73家企业的员工进行了测试,获得了517份有效问卷。探索性因子分析结果表明:员工知识学习绩效结构模型是由知识获取、知识共享、知识吸收以及知识创造构成的。验证性因子分析进一步确认与完善了该因子结构模型。On the basis of the research of the literature, through interviews, open questionnaires and other methods, the structure of the staff' s learning performance was initially established. According to this structure, combined with the measures of the staff' s learn- ing performance collected from the interviews and open questionnaires, a questionnaire on the staff's learning performance was pre- pared. In terms of this questionnaire , a preliminary investigation was conducted in five enterprises. And on this basis, the revised questionnaire was testd on employees selected from 73 new enterprisis, among which 517 valid questionnaires were received. Explorato- ry factor analysis show that: the structure model of the staff's learning performance is made up of the performance of knowledge acqui- sition, knowledge sharing, knowledge absorption as well as knowledge creation. Confirmatory factor analysis further confirm and im- prove the structure model of the factor.
