摘 要:以东北山樱(Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.)幼苗为试验材料,研究了根部施入酚类物质对其叶片和根系呼吸代谢的影响。试验结果表明,对羟基苯甲酸对东北山樱幼苗叶片和根系呼吸速率的影响均表现为低浓度促进高浓度抑制的趋势,香豆素处理没有出现明显的低促高抑的变化趋势,幼苗对对羟基苯甲酸的反应比香豆素更为敏感。对羟基苯甲酸处理改变了幼苗叶片的基础呼吸途径,而呼吸链电子传递途径的改变由酚类物质的浓度大小决定,高浓度处理使CP向AP转化。幼苗根系呼吸途径改变与否与酚类物质的种类有关,对羟基苯甲酸和混合处理改变了幼苗根系的基础呼吸途径和呼吸链电子传递途径,使EMP-TCA向PPP转化,CP向AP转化,香豆素则不影响其改变的方向。The effects of phenolic compounds added to the roots on leaf and root respiratary metabolisms were studied using Cerasus sachalinensis Kom. seedlings as materials. The results showed that the effects of p-hydroxybenzoic acid on leaf and root respiratory rates were increased under lower concentration and inhibited under higher concentration. However, treatments with eoumarin were not the similar trend. The seedlings seemed more sensitive to p-hydroxybenzoie acid than coumarin. The leaf biochemical respiratory pathways were changed by p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and the respiratory electron transport chain pathways were changed by high concentrations of phenolic compounds which turned CP into AP. Moreover, root respiratory pathways were with relation to the types of phenolic compounds. Root biochemical respiratory pathways and respiratory electron transport chain pathways could be changed by p-hydroxybenzoic acid and the mixed solution which turned EMP-TCA into PPP and CP into AP, but except for the coumarin.
