摘  要:在制造类高职人才培养模式的探索与实践中,针对装备制造业具有产业链长、技术密集、工艺复杂、协作配套紧密等特点,四川工程职业技术学院坚持“体制创新、开放办学”的思路,紧扣国际上相对领先的重装制造业发展需要,结合中国国情、企业利益和学校实际,与中国二重、东方汽轮机等企业联合,以数控、焊接、电气自动化等专业为载体开展研究,逐步形成了制造类高职人才培养模式,即“1221模式”。本文阐述了对该模式的探索与实践,并对该模式产生的效果进行了总结。During the exploration and practice on training model of manufacturing talents in vocational colleges, Sichuan Engineering Technical College adheres to the idea of "System Innovation, Open Operation". As the equipment manufacturing industry reflects the characteristics of long industrial chain, close cooperation, intensive and complex technology, the college carries out research in accordance with the international development of leading heavy equipment manufacturing industry, based on the current situation of China, combining interests of enterprises and condition of the college, cooperating with China National Erzhong Group Co., Dong Fang Steam Turbine Works Ltd etc. The "Model 1221" for training manufacturing talents has come into being on the basis of exploration and practice on the Carrier Majors of Numerical Control, Welding, and Electrical Automation. This paper summarizes the "Model 1221" and its effects.
