摘 要:对一套甲醇/水二元间歇精馏塔实验装置,由于其非线性、非平稳特性,设计和应用了模糊逻辑控制、增益自调整控制、增益自调整和模糊逻辑混合控制以及基于状态空间模型的模型预测控制共4种先进控制策略,基于一套温度—浓度经验模型估算塔顶浓度,进行了间歇精馏控制实验,获得了满意的控制结果,并对这4种先进控制策略与普通PI控制的控制性能进行了比较。应用实验结果证明,4种先进控制策略均能对间歇精馏过程进行有效控制,控制效果差别不大,但都明显优于普通PI控制。其中增益自调整控制精度高,模型预测控制收率高,能较好地实现质量卡边控制。Because its nonlinearity and non-stationary kinds of advanced control strategies including fuzzy characteristics the design and experimental study of four logic control, gain scheduling control, hybrid control combining gain scheduling and fuzzy logic control, and state space based model predictive control was carried out for the inferential top products composition control of a methanol/water binary batch distillation pilot unit by an empirical temperature-composition relationship model to estimate the composition of the top distillate. Batch distillation control experiments showed that these advanced control strategies all gave good control results and a comparison of their performance with ordinary PI control was presented. The experimental results showed that all four advanced control strategies are effective for the control of the batch distillation column and their performance were quite similar, but all were much better than ordinary PI control. The gain scheduling control strategy gave more accurate control result and the model predictive control strategy achieved higher production rate.
