摘  要:本文报道了对中国沙棘鲜果和中亚沙棘干果及其油脂品质、化学组成的系列分析,结果表明,鲜果含汁率达70%左右,其果渣含油10~20%,干果含油高达30%,种籽含油10%左右。果肉油含大量生物活性物质,其中胡萝卜素高达723mg/100g,而种籽油中油酸、亚油酸和亚麻油酸等不饱和脂肪酸占总油脂50%以上,具有不同医疗效果,是很有开发利用前途的药用植物油。The chemical components and quality of both fresh fruit (from Shanxi) and dry fruit ( from Xinjiang ) of seabuckthorn and their oils were investigated. The results show that there are 70% juice contained in the fresh fruit, 10~20% oil in the sarcocarp, up to 30% oil in the dry fruit and about 10% oil in the seed of seabuckthorn.In these oils, there are a lot of bioactive substances, in which the carotenoid is up to 723.5mg/100g. Oleic, linoleic, linolenic and other unsaturated aliphatic acids are found in the seed oil and constitute over 50% of the total oil. It is shown that the oils from sarcocarp, peel and seed have different medicinal efficiency and are of high value to be exploited and used.
