摘  要:目的对凤眼草的质量分数95%乙醇提取物进行分离并鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱等方法分离纯化,1H-NMR、13C-NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为kaempferol(1)、quercetin(2)、kaempferol3,7-O-bis-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3)、kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(4)、quercetin3-O-β-D-glucopyrano-side(5)。结论化合物3~5为首次从臭椿属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from the 95% EtOH extract of the fruits of Ailanthus al tissima( Mill. )Swingle. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography, and the ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Results Compounds 1-5 were obtained and their structures were identified as kaempferol ( 1 ), quercetin (2), kaempferol 3,7- O-bis-α-L-rhamnopyranoside ( 3 ), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabi- nofuranosyl-7-O-a-L-rhanmopyranoside ( 4 ), quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ). Conclusions Among them, compounds 3-5 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
