摘　　要：结合地理信息系统(GIS)的优势和客户关系管理的特点,提出并设计了基于GIS的矿山企业客户关系管理系统框架及功能模块。利用VB+ArcEngine的开发方式,开发和构建了矿山企业客户关系管理系统,实现了客户信息管理、客户等级评估、产品市场分析和决策支持等功能。According to the advantages of geographic information system （GIS） and characteristics of customer relationship management （ CRM）, the architecture and functional module of mine customer relationship management based on GIS are proposed and designed. A mine customer relationship management system （MCRMS） is carried out by Visual Basic and ArcEngine. This system includes many functions such as mine customer information management, customer segmentation and evaluation, product management and market analysis.
