摘 要:以3份同源四倍体水稻和3份相应的二倍体水稻为材料,对其8个谷粒性状、蛋白质含量和直链淀粉含量进行了差异性比较,通过对谷粒性状间的相关性分析,进一步比较了不同染色体组倍性水稻之间的差异性。结果表明,除了谷粒容重的增减幅度不存在很大差异之外,同源四倍体水稻与相应的二倍体水稻在其他性状的差异性大部分都达到了极显著水平。谷粒体积的变化最大,其次是单粒重。染色体组加倍后,谷粒性状间的相关性发生了变化,对单粒重贡献最大的谷粒性状有的发生了改变,有的虽然没变,但相关性水平发生了变化。蛋白质含量的增幅(18.52%)比直链淀粉的增幅(2.53%)更明显。Three autotetraploid rice lines and three corresponding diploid lines were selected to study their differences in eight grain characters,protein content and amylose content. The correlation analysis was conducted for grain characters to further compare the difference among the autotetraploid rice and its corresponding diploid once. The results showed that most of the grain characters pre- sented significant difference hetween autotetraploid rice and its corresponding diploid rice, except the grain density. The biggest change is grain volume, followed by single-grain weight. After genorne doubling,the correlations among the grain characters were changed. For some material the grain character that contributed the most to the single-grain weight was changed, and for some others though the grain character had not changed, the relevance level was changed. The increase of protein content(18. 52%)is more obvious than the amylose content(2. 53%). The characteristics of grain characters in autotetraploid rice played a certain significant role in further tapping the potential of production.
