双侧游离端义齿反修复的临床报告

摘　　要：为２２例肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损且上下颌弓大小异常者采用正常和反排牙制作两副义齿，并选择１５例正常颌关系者作为正常对照组，比较各组义齿修复前后的咀嚼效率．结果表明颌弓大小异常患者采用反排牙的戴用义齿舒适，其咀嚼效率高于采取正常排牙者（ｐ＜０．０５），与正常对照组无显著性差异（ｐ＞０．０５）．patients of Kennedy Class Ⅰ dentition where the lower residual ridge has a broader arch form than the upper provided with the cross-bite arrangement and the normal arrangement in the dentures.15 cases with the normal jaw relation were selected for the control group.Measure and contrast its masticatory efficiency.The results showed that the masticatory efficiency of patients after the cross-bite arrangement of the denture were higher than that of the normal arran-gement(p<0.05).Statistical analysis didn't show a significant difference between the cross-bite group and the normal control group (p>0.05). This results indicated that the cross-bite arrangement of the denture was helpful for the abnormal jaw relationship patient.
