摘　　要：高校学生干部是高校全体学生的代表,是联系学校和学生的桥梁和纽带,学生干部在学校的校风学风建设、学校活动开展、上下信息的传播等方面起着不可替代的作用。在日常管理工作中,他们也是党团组织和政治辅导员的得力助手,因此,学生干部队伍建设对于高校的建设至关重要。特别是在新疆这样一个特殊的少数民族地区,建设一支高素质的学生干部队伍是民族地区建设的重要组成部分。Student leaders are on behalf of the whole students in universities, who are the bridge links universities and students. They play an irreplaceable role in building school atmosphere and study atmosphere, in carrying out activities, spreading information, etc. In Day - to - day management, they are also good assistants of Party organizations and political counselor in universities. Therefore, student leader team construction is quite essential for university construction. Building up a High - quality student leader team is an important part of the Ethnic minority areas, as well as an important guarantee for training and administering students efficiently, especially, in such a special Ethnic minority areas.
