摘 要:信号转导与转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)蛋白在多种肿瘤组织或细胞中高表达,STAT3蛋白可能参与了肿瘤的发生与发展。反义寡核苷酸技术是肿瘤基因治疗策略之一,反义寡核苷酸联合用药可以靶向多个与肿瘤发生发展密切相关的基因,提高对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制效果,因此利用反义寡核苷酸技术阻断STAT3信号通路抑制肿瘤基因的表达有望为肺癌治疗提供一种新途径。本文将该技术在肺癌应用中的现状及进展作一综述。Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) is highly expressed in various human tumor tissues and tumor cells. And it may be involved in tumor genesis and development. Antisense oligodeoxynucleotide technology is one of strategies for tumor gene therapy. Combined with drugs,it can take effect on the genes that are closely related with tumor occurrence and development, and enhance the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation. It is probably a new way for lung cancer treatment that the expression of tumor gene is inhibited through interdicting STAT3 signal pathway by antisense oligodeoxynucleotide technology. This paper reviews the current state and development of the technique on application for lung cancer.
