摘 要:采用滑动网格理论,将液力缓速器定子和转子之间的接合面定义为网格分界面来传递不同子域间的流动参数。采用标准k-ε模型及SIMPLEC算法,利用FLUENT软件对全充液工况液力缓速器的内流场进行了三维瞬态数值模拟,得到了液力缓速器内流场的速度、压力分布特性。基于流场数值解计算了制动扭矩,其结果与试验结果吻合很好,验证了流场计算方法的正确性。Based on sliding mesh theory, the joint surface between the rotor and stator of the hydraulic retarder was defined as grid-interface to transfer the flow parameters of different subdomains. Three-dimensional transient numerical simulation of single-phase turbulence flow in the hydraulic retarder was performed by using the standard k-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm simultaneously. The internal characteristics of velocity and pressure distribution were analyzed. The braking torque was also calculated based on flow field simulation, and it is found out that the simulation results agree approximately with the experimental results, accuracy of the flow field calculation method is thus validated.
