张謇职业教育思想对农职校教学改革的启示

摘　　要：张謇博大精深的职教思想及其在实业和教育方面的成功实践对当今农职校的教学改革产生了广泛而深远的影响。他认为,应根据已有的实体经济,创办相应的实业教育,即学校的专业设置必须与当地的产业结构相衔接。他创设厂办学校和学校办厂的新体制,主张学以致用的谋生教育思想,均为农职校实现校企融合、互利共赢奠定了基础。The profound vocational education thought of Zhang Qian and his success practice in industrial education had produced broad and far-reaching impacts on the reform of rural vocational schools. He put forward that, the establishment of industrial education should be based on entity economy, namely the specialty setup of vocational schools must link with local industrial structure. He created the new system of factory running schools and schools running factory, proposed the living education thought of learning for using, which established stable basis for achieving school and enterprise integration and mutual benefit of rural vocational schools.
