摘　　要：功率放大器是射频收发信机的重要组成部分,它的性能直接影响到整个系统的性能.文中使用Volterra级数法对MESFET功率放大器单频时的非线性性能进行分析,进而将该方法推广用于连续谱信号激励下的非线性性能分析,得出功放三阶互调及频谱再生等结果,为工程设计提供依据.Power amplifier is an important component of RF transceiver. It directly affected the pertormance of the whole system. In this paper, the Volterra .series method is used to analyze the nonlinear performance of MESFET PA, which subject to a one tone input. Then this method is extended to analyze the continuous spectral signal, and the PA＇s characteristic of IM3 and spectral regrowth can be educed as the guidance of PA design.
