现代大学职能视阈下大学教师专业发展的路径选择

摘　　要：大学教师专业发展是当前高等教育改革的重要部分,是提升大学核心竞争力的必由之路,厘清教师专业发展的方向是实现大学教师专业发展的关键。教师专业发展应遵循现代大学的培养人才、发展科学、服务社会、持续创新四大职能所指引的路径前进。培养人才是大学教师专业发展的原生归宿,发展科学是大学教师发展的特有属性,服务社会是大学教师专业发展的目标延伸,创新发展是大学教师专业发展的永恒追求。The university teacher professional development is an important part of higher education reform, and the only way to enhance the core competition of university. To clarify the direction of the teacher professional development is the key to achieve the university teacher professional development. This article considers that university teacher professional development should be guided by the four major functions of modern university. Talents cultivation is the original destination of university teacher professional development, academic development is the special attributes of the university teacher professional development, service is the extension goal of the university teacher professional development, and innovation is the eternal pursuit of the university teacher professional development.
