摘 要:基于非线性弹性梁理论,建立了考虑接触效应的具任意脱层复合材料层合梁的非线性运动控制方程.通过引入假想弹簧所算得的接触力,对系统的横向振动控制方程进行修正,有效地避免了脱层之间的相互贯穿,并给出了假想弹簧系数的计算式.整个问题采用有限差分法进行求解,算例中详细讨论了脱层的大小、深度以及载荷等因素对具脱层复合材料层合梁非线性动力响应的影响.数值计算结果表明,考虑接触效应对脱层结构动力响应分析是非常重要的,可避免脱层结构出现物理上不可能的相互贯穿.Based on the nonlinear elastic beam theory, the nonlinear governing equations of motion for laminated beam with delamination were derived. The governing equation of transverse motion was modified by the contact force which is calculated through introducing the assumed spring and thus avoiding the penetration between two delaminated layers. The calculating formula of the coefficient of the assumed spring is presented. The problem was resolved by using finite difference method. In calculation examples, the influences of various sizes and depths of the delamination and the load on the nonlinear dynamic response of the composite laminated beam with delamination were discussed in detail. Numerical results demonstrate the importance of considering the contact effect in the dynamic response analysis of the structures with delamination. It can make delaminated structures avoid emerging physically impossible interpenetration.
